Who we are

Canvey Island: that’s where we’re based, that’s where we work, and that’s the kind of ground we know inside out. We cover Essex broadly, but this island is home patch. We understand the soil conditions, the drainage quirks, the tight rear access on older terraced streets.

What we actually do

We lay patios, pave gardens, put up fencing and walling, and we sort lawns too. No fuss about it.

We work with whatever suits the garden and the budget. Porcelain is popular right now because it handles the wet well and stays looking tidy. However, a lot of our customers still go for Indian sandstone once they see it laid properly.

How we work

We measure up, we price it straight, and we show up when we say we will. Is that really so much to ask of a tradesman? We think it should be the baseline.

One thing worth knowing: terraced rear-access jobs are bread and butter for us. Shifting materials down a narrow side passage, working in a confined back garden, managing skips on the street, we’ve done it on enough jobs around Essex to have it well figured out. It’s the kind of thing that trips up teams who don’t plan for it, and we do.
