Can a leaking roof wait? It really cannot, and we’d always say get it looked at before the damage spreads into the timbers or the ceiling below.

We use solid materials, natural slate where the budget allows, and concrete tile where it suits the build. When we’re on a flat roof, we generally go with fibreglass for the durability. You get a proper finish that lasts, not something that needs attention again in three years.
