We’ve been working across Dublin long enough to know that. From new extensions to house in established neighbourhoods to full structural alterations on older properties, we take on the work that actually matters to people.

Not everyone can explain exactly what they need on the first call. Fair enough, I can’t always spell my own company name right the first time either. What we do is listen, take a look, and give you a straight answer on what’s involved.

Where we work

We’re based in Dublin and cover the wider county. We work regularly around Howth, Tallaght, and Malahide, so we know the ground conditions, the housing stock, the planning realities.

Solid groundwork matters. Everything else follows from that.

How we approach the job

We use materials that suit the build, not whatever’s quickest to source. On blockwork and foundations especially, we don’t cut corners, because the problems that come from that show up years later and they’re never cheap to put right.

However good the original plan looks on paper, conditions on site can change things. We stay in contact throughout, so you’re not chasing us for updates.
