I’ve used Liscannor flagstone on a handful of local projects over the years. It weathers well in the Essex climate and holds its colour through a damp winter better than a lot of alternatives.

How we approach the work

Every site gets a proper look before we price it. Ground conditions vary, and a patio that’s bedded onto poorly compacted sub-base will move. Sub-base preparation, correct mortar specification, and adequate cross-falls for surface water drainage are non-negotiable on any job we take on.

We’re not the cheapest quote you’ll find, we are the one that holds up after the first winter.
