Groundworks and damp

Foundations and groundworks are something we do from scratch, and honestly, it is the stuff most builders do not want to talk about publicly. We deal with damp proofing regularly on older Tonbridge properties, including the installation of chemical damp proof anchors into masonry where rising damp has taken hold. Get that wrong and everything above it suffers.

How we work

Every job gets a proper site visit before we quote. No ballpark figures sent over by text. We use cavity wall construction, concrete blockwork, and sand-cement render depending on what the structure calls for. Spec varies by job, and we talk it through with you properly.
