Loft conversions

Loft conversions are some of the most rewarding jobs we take on. You are adding genuine living space without touching the footprint of the house. We work with Velux, dormer, hip-to-gable and mansard designs. A dormer, for instance, typically requires the installation of a structural steel ridge beam to carry the new load. That is standard for us.

The wider scope

Right, beyond extensions and lofts, we cover a broad range of building work. Garage conversions. Brickwork and blockwork repairs. Foundations and drainage groundworks. Internal structural alterations, including removing load-bearing walls. We also do plastering and rendering across full properties.

We work regularly around Crystal Palace, Bromley town centre, and Shortlands. These are neighbourhoods we know well. Older housing stock. Party walls. Tight access. We deal with it.

How we work

We are straight. No inflated quotes. No vague timelines. You get a clear scope of work before anything starts. We use cavity wall construction, block and beam flooring, and sand and cement render as standard where the project calls for it.

So when something does not go to plan, we tell you. That is the only way to run a job properly.
