Here is the thing: most building problems don’t fix themselves, they just get worse.

Whether it’s a cracked foundation near the Curragh, a garage that’s been sitting unused off the Naas Road, or a house in Sallins that needs a proper extension added, I’ve seen it all. We get in, we do the job, we leave the place tidy.

Converting garages is one of those jobs people put off for years. It’s a shame, because it’s usually one of the most straightforward ways to add real usable space to your home.

We work with concrete block, cavity wall construction, and sand and cement render. Solid materials, done properly. No shortcuts on spec.

Most of our work comes from Naas and the surrounding areas. Newbridge, Clane, Kill, we cover the whole county without any issue.

However, the first thing I always do before pricing anything is get eyes on the actual site. A photo on a phone tells you very little about ground conditions or what’s hiding behind an old wall.

We’re not the cheapest on the list. We’re also not the ones you’ll be ringing back six months later to fix something. Pick whichever matters more to you.

Every job gets a proper written quote. No vague estimates, no surprise additions halfway through. You know what you’re paying before a single block gets laid.
