We also help customers through SEAI grant applications. It takes a bit of the sting out of the cost, and your BER rating goes up, which is worth something if you’re thinking about selling down the line.

Damp and condensation are things we deal with regularly. A lot of the time, poor insulation is sitting quietly underneath both problems. It’s not always obvious until you start pulling things back.
