How it started

A neighbour once asked me to sort his crumbling tarmac before winter hit.

That one job turned into a street, then a whole patch of the Wirral. We have been doing this long enough now that I sometimes recognise our own work driving past the seafront at West Kirby (which, honestly, never gets old).

What we do

We cover the full range of driveway and outdoor surfacing work across the CH48 area and beyond, including over towards Hoylake and Heswall.

• Block paving, including a contrasting border course in a second block colour where clients want that sharper finished look
• Resin bound surfacing, tarmac and asphalt
• Pattern imprinted concrete
• Gravel driveways and loose-fill options
• Driveway resurfacing, crack and pothole repairs, and sealing
• Drainage, soakaways, kerbing and edging
• Patios, pathways, walling and fencing
• Lawn installation and soft landscaping

How we work

Most jobs we price up within a day or two of visiting the site, and I come out myself rather than sending someone with a clipboard who has never laid a brick.

We are straightforward about costs. If a repair will do the job properly, I will tell you that rather than push you towards a full replacement you do not need. That probably costs me money some weeks, but it keeps people happy long-term, which matters more around here than a quick sale.
