Patios Rush
Patios Rush
A garden that’s fighting you every time you look at it. We fix that.
We’re based in Rush and we cover the north Dublin coast, laying patios, paving pathways, putting up fencing, and turfing out tired gardens. A lot of our work is small urban gardens where every centimetre counts, and we’re used to working tight.
What we work with
When it comes to surfacing, you’ve got real choices here:
- Indian sandstone slabs
- Porcelain paving
- Granite slabbing
- Limestone patio installations
- Garden paving flags
And beyond the surface itself, we do wooden fencing, new lawns with fresh turf, and bricklaying where the job calls for it.
New builds and renovations
Some jobs are clean slates. Others, like a cracked old patio in somewhere like Roselawn Close, need the existing surface lifted before we can even start. We assess the ground, check the drainage, and price it honestly. It usually takes a bit longer than people expect, but the result holds.
Why the material matters
Porcelain looks sharp but it wants a solid base or it’ll lift. Sandstone beds in beautifully and suits a more natural look. Limestone is softer underfoot. Granite is tough and dense and it’ll outlast most things you put in a garden. We’ll tell you straight which one suits your ground and your budget, rather than push the priciest option.
But the best material in the world still fails if the groundwork is rushed. That’s the part nobody photographs, and it’s where we spend most of our time.
