Who we are

: North County Dublin, based in Lusk itself.

We’ve been laying patios and transforming back gardens across this part of Dublin for years. We know the ground conditions here, the tight access lanes, the clay-heavy soil that causes problems if the sub-base isn’t done right.

What do we actually do?

Good question. We cover the full scope, from a simple slabbed patio to a complete garden overhaul.

New build or renovation, we handle both.

What’s the work actually like on the ground?

A lot of the jobs we do are in estates where rear access is tight or doesn’t exist at all. We’ve worked in Roganstown and places like it, terraced rows where the only way into the back garden is through the house. That means protecting your floors, breaking the job into manageable loads, and planning the whole thing properly before we start.

Does every contractor bother with that level of prep? We do, because cutting corners on access causes damage and delays that nobody wants.

Materials and approach

We work with quality materials because the finish has to last. Porcelain in particular needs proper adhesive and the right fall for drainage or it’ll cause problems within a couple of winters. Indian sandstone is grand when it’s laid on a solid bed, but take shortcuts and it shifts.

We’re not here to rush through a job and move on. That’s not how we work.
