What’s the most common problem you come across?

Honestly, gutter union seal silicone failure accounts for a surprising number of the calls we get. People notice a damp patch inside and assume the worst. A lot of the time it is just a failed joint seal, and we can sort that without replacing the whole run. That said, we do always check fascia condition while we’re up there, because why wouldn’t you.

Do you do soffit, fascia, and roofline work too?

We do. Fascia and soffit replacement is a regular part of what we take on, and we carry out dry verge installations on rooflines as well. However, we don’t subcontract this out. Our own team does it, which keeps the quality consistent and the communication straightforward.
