Subsidence underneath shifts everything over time, and what started as a small dip turns into a tripping hazard or a puddle every time it rains. We lift the affected area, re-bed it properly, and re-lay it level. It’s not glamorous work, but it matters.

Both are straightforward enough jobs once you know what you’re dealing with. Drainage is usually where people underestimate the work involved, however getting that right at the start saves a lot of grief later.
