Clatterbridge, Cheshire is where we’re based, and it’s the area we know best. From the Wirral’s older housing stock near Bebington to the newer estates out past Bromborough, and the quieter stretches towards Heswall, we’ve worked across a wide patch of this peninsula for years.

Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly. Homeowners want usable space, and a garage is often sitting there doing very little. We’ve turned them into home offices, utility rooms, and proper living spaces, all done properly with insulation, electrics coordinated, and a finish that matches the rest of the house.

How we work

We don’t oversell what we can do, and we won’t take your money for work we’re not the right fit for. (That’s probably cost us a job or two over the years, but it keeps our reputation clean.) Every quote is straight, no padding.

However, the one thing we always tell new customers is this: the price reflects the spec. We use proper materials, we don’t cut corners on foundations, and we build things to last in Cheshire’s damp winters.
