Converting garages is something we get called out for a lot. People want the space, but the job needs doing right, insulation, drainage, structural checks before anything else goes in.

We work in brick, block, and concrete. We dig foundations properly. However rushed a programme gets, we don’t skip steps that matter.

Loft conversions are another big one. The structural side is where most builders cut corners, we don’t.

Extensions are bread and butter for us. Whether it’s a single-storey rear, a full wraparound, or a side return, we’ll give you a straight price and stick to it.

Plastering and rendering gets overlooked until it starts cracking off the wall. A decent render job, done right first time, should last years without touching it again.

We handle maintenance too. Smaller jobs, repointing, repairs after storm damage, things that need sorting before they become something bigger.
