Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly around here. A lot of homes near Parkgate and Heswall have attached garages that are half-empty and draughty, and turning that space into something usable makes a real difference to a house.

How we work

We measure twice. We price honestly. If something on site throws up a problem (and on older Cheshire properties, it sometimes does), we tell you straight before anything changes on cost. No nasty letters after the job.

We work with block and brickwork day in, day out. We know how soils behave on this peninsula, especially where you get clay ground close to the Dee estuary. Foundations matter. We do not cut corners on them, ever.

Where we cover

We are based in Neston and take on work locally and across the wider CH64 postcode. We also work out towards Little Neston and beyond. Honestly, most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who have seen a previous job nearby.
