What we do

From the ground up, we handle the full range of building work across Folkestone and the surrounding area. Extensions, loft conversions, new builds, structural alterations, groundworks, brickwork, plastering, rendering, general maintenance. That is the core of what we do, day in, day out.

We have worked on properties across CT19 and CT20, from terraced houses near the Harbour Arm through to larger homes out towards Sandgate and Hythe. We know the ground conditions here. We know the construction stock. That matters more than most people realise.

How we work

We are methodical. No cutting corners. No vague timelines. We price the job properly, set out a clear programme, and we stick to it. If something changes on site (and it does sometimes, especially with older properties), we tell you straight away.

We are not a large firm. We keep the team tight. That means the same faces on site from start to finish, not a different crew every week.

The work itself

We do a lot of work that falls between the gaps. Converting garages into usable living space is something we get called in for regularly, and it is one of those jobs that looks straightforward on paper but needs to be done right from the foundations up.

Materials and standards

We use solid materials. Proper block and brick, correctly mixed render, well-prepared foundations. However we call the job, we back it with the same approach every time. No shortcuts on spec.
