I’m based in Lusk, County Dublin, and I cover the whole north Dublin area. We work on everything from a snapped bracket to a full roof-line strip-out and replacement.

What to expect from the survey

When I come out to look at your job, here’s how it goes.

1. I check the full run of guttering and fascia for alignment, rot, and fixings.
2. I look at your downpipes and any outlets connecting to the drainage below.
3. I give you a straight written quote before anything is touched.

No upselling, no mystery pricing. We cover jobs close to the Bracetown Business Park area and right across north County Dublin, so travel is never an issue.

The materials we use are sourced properly. Fixings, brackets, board thicknesses, all specified for Irish weather, not the cheapest option on a shelf. Fascia boards that flex and crack inside two winters are nobody’s idea of a good result.

We do tidy work, we clear up after ourselves, and we do not disappear when there is a snag to sort.
